Shipping & Returns

We hope you love your Dweller pieces. Because our products are paper goods produced in small batches, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind . Please choose carefully and reach out if you have any questions before purchasing.

Faulty, damaged or not as described (ACL)

If your item is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match the description/quality guarantees, you’re entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, this may be a repair, replacement or refund.

To lodge a claim, contact us at hello@dwellerprompts.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product/packaging

If a return is required, we’ll confirm next steps and provide a return label/address. Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Proof of purchase

Please keep your order confirmation or receipt. This helps us process your claim quickly.

Items we can’t take back

• Change-of-mind returns or exchanges
• Items returned without prior approval

Shipping for approved returns

When a return is approved under ACL, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable). Once received and assessed, we’ll confirm the remedy (repair/replacement/refund). Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to post it.
